use a conveyancer, just the same as a solicitor but much much cheaper

Yes the same solicitor can act for the person selling and the buyer. This often also speeds up the whole transaction process

how can the same solicitor act for both the buyer and purchaser, wouldnt that make a conflict of interest? surely the only way they can act for both is if both parties have already used that solicitor in the past?
