got a karcher 411a power washer had it about 5 years and using it yesterday it just lost it's pressure down to a third and not making very healthy noises any body suffered similar problems? are they expensive to repair or cheaper to buy a new one?

I have had a similar problem with our pressure washer
Before buying a new one have a look at the "nose" section and take it appart and wash it including the tube.
They can get very dirty with gravel and dirt residues and restricts the water pressure ; statement from Dhil comp.
that could save you a few bob. Apparently it is a common complain easy to solve.
