Has any heard of or had any dealings with a comapny called Real homes in real spain in Blanca, near Murcia

looking to buy a property in the Murcia area and have viewed a couple of properties with this company and a few other companies.. As you hear all these horror stories on tv, I was wondering if anyone had any dealings with this company and how reputable they are.
