I'm just nosy really so thought I'd start this thread so all you lovely people out there can post what you've eaten today...and the next and the next...and so on!! Yum yum!!

I have just come to the end of a diet, so what I have eaten is rather less than yum, yum.

This morning I had Natural Yoghurt with mixed seeds and puffed rice, and just had 2 oat cakes.

Still I have lost 10Kg in the last 4 weeks so its' been worth it.
So far I have had 2 rounds of toast, about 4 cups of tea and a packet of salt and vinegar crisps!

so far fruit salad and an egg sandwich, not sure what's for lunch yet
Roast beef, horseradish and vine-ripened tomato sandwich.
2 slices sunflower seed/barley toast,lo-fat vanilla yogurt with banana and raspberries-probably downhill tho after a good start!! lol
Being a diabetic I'd like to say that I've eaten exactly correctly, did so yesterday and will do so again tomorrow - unfortunately that's not the case and isn't ever likely to be!!!!
Im dieting so im restricted :-(

Breakfast:
2 egg white omelettes
1 banana

Lunch:
salmon
brocoli, cabbage, sproats erkkkkkkk!
I had a big bowl of museli for my breakfast, a pear and apple mid morning now i am tucking in to a bag of snack a jacks and a lovely fruit salad. oh and about 10 cups of tea! How about you funshine??

Well today so far I've had a toffee mullerlite yoghurt, an apple,some dried fruit and some grapes.

hmmm,not a lot so far but have been under the weather this week so not v.hungry and usually only get hungry in the evenings anyway.Might have some crackers and cheese in a bit.
Hi funshine dont think i got any room left after last night! me & hubby had home made steak & kidney pud with cauli & broccolli in a cheese sauce and home grown baby carrots and new potatoes from our own garden,cant stop thinking about it ! so feeling guilty and still stuffed i so far have only had a fruit smoothie and loads of water- i blame the weather, yesterday was like a dull Feb day! (thats my excuse) lol x





Fresh orange juice.
Tomato crisps.
Chow-mein with sweet & sour sauce.
Can of IRN-BRU light.
Chipsticks.
Water.
I have had a bowl of rice krispies, two apples and a raisin and biscuit yorkie.
If my fella reads this Im so gonna get told off! lol
I will have a proper dinner, I promise dear ;)

oooh geordie87 that sounds delicious!!pah don't feel guilty..it's only food and besides you've eaten it now so no point worrying about it.

For lunch I had 2 carrots,some cucumber and a dollop of low fat sour cream stuff and about 5 pieces of pasta lol.Then some dried fruit and an apple...still not feeling right,bit icky actually.
I feel very greedy reading the healthy stuff you lot have eaten! Today so far i've had a bowl of muesli at 6am, a packet of french fries and a banana at work, then at 2pm I had Quorn mince, a yorkshire pudd, mashed potato, green beans cauliflower and a huge amount of cabbage, then a yogurt, at 4pm I had a fresh cream apple turnover and this evening will likely have some bread and cheese...am I the greediest or what? Do I care...Nah!
a mars bar, a toffee crisp, a packet of starbursts, a cheese savoury sandwich, a piece of cheese, some chinese takeway. now well into a bottle of red wine
scones & jam
bacon sandwich
doritoes
juice :)
