Ionica (Former Telephone Company) and Ocean Colour Scene

Ocean Colour Scene did a version of a song "Something in the Air" for a british telephone company called Ionica (they have since gone bust). Where can I get this song. I believe that there is some weird copyright rules about this song as it was used by them. All information greatfully received!

i dont know about OCS version.... but the original one was recorded by a band called 'thunderclap newman' and you can buy it at www.amazon.co.uk (that versions much better anyway!)
