Yes, Fruit and Veg are Classed as Free Foods so you can eat as much as you like (excluding Potatoes Peas and Sweetcorn, which are only free on Green Days). You also had you A & B foods, A foods are your calcium Foods such as a specific amount of Milk or Cheese (normally 28gm of Cheese). of which you have to have 2 A's a Day, and then B's which are you Fibres such as your breads and Crackers. these are all set amounts and you must eat them otherwise you don't loose as much. It also means that on Green Day you can have a set weight of Meat as a B food or on a red day you can have a set weigh of potatoes (128gm) with you massive steak!
