Does anyone know if excessive bank charges can be reclaimed on ltd company accounts as well as just personal accounts? I know they can on sole trader and partnership accounts but Im not so sure on ltd co bank accounts. I have looked on the internet but without much success :(

You don't have consumer credit legislation to help you, but there is still the basic common law principle that excessive penalties for breach of contract are not enforceable in law. So I'd say yes.
