I brought a new oven 10 months ago from Sainsburys.
The food was in the oven and 'pop' we looked and the inner glass was shattered.
I called sainsburys just now and they gave me a number for the 'engineer' to come round,
The oven is under a year old, where do we stand?
Hubbys telling me we should be intitled to a full replacement, are we?
I know that I will get fobbed off by the call center people.

You can expect a repair or replacement (their choice, not yours) at Siansbury's expense though. And remember that your contract is with Sainsbury's, not the manufacturer, and don't let them tell you any different.
