Jim Robinson in OC?

Not a fan of O.C. but was watching it the other night whilst channel hopping and there was a guy in it who looked suspiciously like Jim Robinson from Neighbours (can't remember the actors name)!

His name's Alan Dale, and yes it was him! He was also the treacherous Vice-President in the second season of "24" and seems to be doing OK for himself in America: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0197638/ .

Who could forget Jim Robinson's heart attack, when a bowl of oranges were sent spiralling across the carpet I recall. Harrowing stuff.

He was also President of the Romunal Empire in the last star trek film Star Trek Nemesis. Apprently he is quite the hollywoodland actor now
