Cat seems listless and will not eat after going to vets

My cat went to the vet yesterday because we noticed some wateriness in the eye and an enlarged third eyelid- she was prescribed eye drops and we have so far given two drops -one last night and one this morning. However, this morning I have noticed she has become listless and is limping around, with no interest in food-which is really unlike her. Both her eyes appear to have enlarged third eyelids now and I am very worried. We will take her to the vets tonight if but I was wondering if anyone could advise in meantime? Thanks

could be worms causing her to lose a bit of weight as the cat loses weight the fat pad behind the eyes shrink and makes the inner / third eyelid show we had this years ago when we first had a cat we were also perscribed drops before which did no good and found out about the worms when looking through an old cat book de wormed him and with in a few days the eyelids started to to return to normal over 20 cats later am a bit more up on things now hope puss is soon better Ruthxx
