conflict of usb devices

i have a seagate back up hard drive via a usb port.it was named as drive 'e'.
i bought a chinese pseudo usb i pod on ebay.it worked well but seems to have grabbed drive 'e' & now i can't get my back up hard drive to work.is there any way i can configure the seagate back up hard drive to say drive'f' & hope all will work well again.

From the left hand pane, under storage, click disk management, check that your external drive is present, select the drive and right click, select change drive letter and paths, click change and select another letter.
