The toilet, as in human toilet, not litter tray! Ok, you may all think im mad, but we know it can be done as a friend of mine has trained her 2 kittens that we gave her last year to do this. We are going to have to get the training stuff online as it is kind of speacialist, and we are looking to see the best place to buy it from. We have 7 cats that go in and out as they please, but a couple choose to not go out and all 7 use the 3 litter trays we have indoors. We are hoping that by being able to train them, if not atleast some of them it would save us alot of money and time with litter trays! Any one with any experience or advise or ideas for good sites we can order stuff from, your response will be very much appreciated!
getting the cats to use the toilet will be a hell of a lot easier that getting them to flush.
I must admit I toyed with this idea, the litter tray is next to the toilet anyway. But my lady cat, Merlin, is a little on the clumsy side - and would end up getting a bath each time.
Im not sure how easy it would be for each of my cats, they are all between 3yrs & 3 months and 15 weeks.
Im obviously not going to keep i suppose you could say pressuring them, we will set it up, and if they learn then thats great, but if they dont and want to continue to use the litter tray, then that is fine to!
