How hard would you need to pull?

Some guy at work sent me this link on Friday and all the guys were saying how painful it would be and didn't really want to discuss it... but being the only girl I was well intrigued! Lol.... I was after tips though... I know some guys who need to be brought down a peg or two..... or a b0ll0ck or two! Haha

Talking of being able to pull off a body part .....when I was doing my A&E part of my training a couple were bought in and the man in very much pain . They had been indulging in what I cannot bring myself to type , but what had happened aws awful for him . His wife had suffered an epileptic fit and clampted her jaws firmly !!!! OUCH

That made me cringe when I read it last week. I'd imagine I would collapse with the pain. They should throw away the key for that.
