Getting Through Glass

Does anyone know how to get through, glass doors, windows etc, without being heard?

No i'm not planning a buglary. It's for a science project at school.

If the pane of glass is small enough, a duvet, doubled over even better, hold it from corner to corner tight against the glass and wack it with a hammer. The noise would however be heared inside the building and a real mess made, or vici verci, done from the inside, outside. Good luck and don't do anything I wouldn't.

That might work for a window, but a plate glass door would take some welly to break. Almost certainly it would be toughened glass as it is a door.

Perhaps you are supposed to think laterally. Like use some sort of laser light show to project an image of yourself?
