Withheld Number on Talk Talk

My sister has recently switched from BT to Talk Talk but she kept the same phone number. However, now when she phones her number isn't displayed on my BT Call Minder it says 'Withheld'. I don't normally answer withhelds as they are usually cold callers.
Does anyone know if is it possible for Talk Talk numbers to be displayed rather than show as Withheld?

I was with talk talk briefly, right shower they were too, but it was an option to have an anonymous number, your sister can dial a number when she rings u to let her number be shown i think.

Tell her to dial 1470 before dialling your number.
