Name of cartoon with weatherman?!
Hi, I'm searching for the name of a cartoon which was probably shown late 80s or early 90s. I remember it being shown in the afternoon on bbc1 or 2 and it featured an old man and his wife and they were the weather people. The man had a grey beard and wore a hat, and he could change the weather I think. A young boy came to visit them sometimes and there was something to do with a patchwork quilt. It's a bit sketchy, but I hope someone can help! Thanks

When it was sunny a little woman would come out of one side and when it rained her husband would come out of the other and when the little boy went to bed he would magicly go inside one of the squares, each of which featured a different kind of weather, and having some adventures. There was a spikey evil looking thing called Jack Frost which was the baddy, as they always wanted good weather.
