run out of diesel fuel, how do i prime start the engine?

depends on your level of mechanal ability. also most modern diesel engines have the ability to prime themselves. if you can identify the fuel filter, remove it and fill it with fresh clean diesel. replace it and attempt to start the engine. it may flatten your battery first!

Some engines have a button or squishy rubber thing which you push many times. Have a look for one of these somewhere near the fuel pump.
