Excel/outlook setting

I use Outlook and Outlook Express to keep work and personal emails seperate.
If I select the 'e-mail' icon on task bar to send a worksheet via e-mail it always defeults to Express.
How can I change it to Outlook?

go to TOOLS then INTERNET OPTIONS select the PROGRAMS TAB and change the E-mail to Outlook
