Flat shoes

If I wear flat shoes to work i am shorter than all my staff and i may get an inferiority complex, should I try to be more assertive and buy heels?

If you're on your feet all day, then you should only wear shoes that you're comfortable in - not worrying that your colleagues are taller than you!

If you're a super nice Supervisor/Manager, it shouldn't matter whether you're short or tall, fat or thin!

I'm sure they all like you as you are!

I normally wear heels to work, and it makes me feel sexier, more lady like and obviously taller... but today I wore my flat pumps and I just feel all bouncy and cuter... I have no idea why! They probably don't even notice. I just feel cute flats... I'm only 5'5!
