How long does it take for them to heal fully? My son was born nearly 4 months ago and my scar is still numb and feels sensitive, is this normal?

Go to the health store and buy some lavender oil, it works
Its normal helliebobs, I had a C Section 30 years ago and the scar is still a bit sensitive.
perfectly normal - I had my sections nearly 7 and 6 years ago - I feel that they are healed now, but up to a couple of years ago, I used to get the odd bit of weeping/scabbing at one end.
Scars, particularly one the size of a Caesarean scar will feel numb for years and indeed the feeling may never return as nerve endings, though small, have been severed.

I've heard surgeons confirm this(I work in an Operating Theatre) and on a personal level had a cartilege removed from my knee in 1985. The scar is still numb and does not have full sensitivity to this day.
