Firstly does anyone remember them (Shirley Manson was a member) and secondly what was the song the did which contained a few bars of a New Order song (Everything's Gone Green?)

Shirley M was/is in the rock/alt band Garbage. No idea on the song tho- sorry! :)

Sorry - can't answer your second question either, but I certainly remember Goodbye Mr Mackenzie. In fact, I've got a copy of their Good Deeds & Dirty Rags album on cassette somewhere. I may just have to dig it out and have a little bit of late 80s nostalgia. ;-)
