If you have the means, and the fortitude, to surgically amputate your limbs, and do a good enough job of it to make healing of the wound a possibility, you could eat both legs to the hip joint, and one arm, to the shoulder joint.

The really tasty cuts, the ribs, back-strap, etc., I would forego for the nonce.....
