requesting a road sign

Is it possible and how do I go about it. Ive written off a car on a rounderbout and i know many other people who have crashed on it. Its quite a big rounderbout and the speed limit up to it is 40. Its really slippy and i think its a danger. Any comments appreciated, thanks.

If you live in an area served by both a district council and a county council, you should look under the name of the county council (not the district one) in your phone book.
If the area you live in is a 'unitary authority', you obviously contact the relevant council.
Alternatively, the Highways Agency should be able to point you in the right direction:
