Faulty mp3 player
Hi all! Just a quick question. I bought an mp3 player from Argos on Friday. Gavem it to my friend as a gift. He tried it, turned it off after 5 minutes, and turned it back on. The screen went funny, and the thing just died. Can't turn it back on.
Now, I'm going to bring it back to Argos with the receipt at lunchtime. What are my rights? I don't want to have it repaired, I want a replcement or a refund. Do they have to do that or can they insist it be sent for repair? Many thanks in advance, as I would like to know eactly what I'm entitled to before I make a fool of myself!
