Board of shame

What if all the users who had questions and answrers banned were displayed on 'the board of shame' AKA: a box like the 'recent posts' one on the homepage.
It might discourage people from using peoples questions to chat to eachother about 'off topic' stuff. Not blaming anybody else for it though because i have been known to do it myself
Let me or the ed know what you think here

When i was on yahoo i used to be on their board all the time for being what they called 'off topic' or 'mildly offensive'
Thats why they kicked me off and i ended up here
