Pollen stains!!!

Anyone have any old remedies for removing pollen stains??had a bit of accident with the lillies this weekend on the carpet. Last time I buy the wife any flowers!!

Let the pollen 'dry,' then carefully brush it away with a dry, soft brush, chenille stem, or facial tissue. Adhesive tape also works well; gently dab pieces of tape on the fabric until the pollen is gone. Do not use water or a wet cloth; this will spread and set the stain.
I suppose by the date of your enquiry you have already done all the wrong things?!
Absolute top tip!!! i did the same thing and thought I had ruined my cream carpet. Use Sainsbury's baby sterilising fluid and add directly into the stain.It desolves it instantly. Trust me on this , it really works, saved me a carpet!
