Bubbling paint

I have sanded down the walls and filled the dents etc first, we have then painted the walls. However the 3rd coat (yes it needed that much paint!) started to bubble. They do seem to have dispersed mainly but I was wondering why it was doing it.

Hi Dizzy You have to let silk emulsion dry in between coats otherwise it will have a guess bubble up HTH Tez
