not sure if this is in the right section but anyway, my boyfriend is going on holiday to cyprus soon, if we text eachther will it cost the same as it does in england? i'm not sure :/ thanks x

its usually 40p for txts to and from abroad

it will cost u the same (as it does now) as long as it is still a uk number u r txting... it will cost him more than normal...

The best thing he could do is to buy a Soeasy sim card and put it in his phone, then he can call you. This is a much cheaper way to phone the UK.

And he will probably get charged to receive texts as well.

When i've been abroad its cost me around 50p to send a text back to the UK. To send a text abroad is no different to sending text in the UK. I have never been charged for receiving texts whilst i've been abroad.
Checkout your network homepage as i believe there have been recent changes to some charges.
