I am trying to synchronize my contacts subfolders from Outlook 2004 into my new handheld (Axim A3) running Pocket PC 2003. However it places them all into the All Contacts area on the PDA and will not divide them up into separate subfolders. It is possible to do this with Outlook 2000 or 2002 by downloading a useful programme called Pocket Contact Synchronizer 2.1 but it does not work with Outlook 2003. There is a complicated way to get them into Categories but I am hoping to avoid that. Weird the way a simple function is difficult to achieve - I always thought PDAs were meant to make life simpler! Any advice much appreciated.
