I being the claimant , have accepted an out of court settlement and was wondering if someone could advise which form number I need to fill out to advise the county court,

I have found form N279 but am not sure if this is the correct one.

You can send them a letter. Quote your case number and say that you have received payment and you no longer wish to pursue the claim
