Krav Maga is an Israeli self defence system.
It is not a martial art like karate,judo and the rest, it is a whole different system based simply on getting out of a situation as effectively and simply as possible.
Much of the training involves weak points on people and higher training will allow the student to release knives and guns from attackers.
You do not have to be super-fit or strong for most of the moves and ladies in their 60's attend classes.
Developed in Israel in the 1970's for the police and military, it is taught almost worldwide now.
