why is it when ever we have a little cry we 'i' get a headache from hell, which then makes us feel even worse?

i get it too chelsea and i find as i get older, if i cry, my eyes puff up for the rest of the day and worse if i cry at night, the next day i look awful!

Ys its awful! Feels like your head is about to explode and I cannot breathe through my nose for hours after ! Feels like Im suffocating lol - and they say crying is good for you?
