driing without a licence and insurance

hiya,
i am in court tomorrow for driving without a licence and no insurance and i just wondered if anyone would no, what the normal procedure is ? should i have got a solicitor?

The normal procedure is to get a licence, pass your test, insure your car - then drive it.

Do you need a solicitor - not to plead guilty. What you should have got is a licence and insurance - Oh and enough intelligence to realise how stupid you have been would not go amiss.

Driving without insurance is an absolute offence. There really is no legal defence, only mitigation i.e "I am a chav"

Therefore, no need for a lawyer. They are not even free for driving offences at court.

Attend, admit everything and you may (just may) persuade the local magistrate to be lenient.

What else did you expect from people on here? Sympathy? What for some low life who cant even fllow the basic rules and the law and learn how to drive before getting in a vehicle. People like you deserve to die.
