Modern aerosol containers are designed to be strong enough to withstand the pressure differences associated with being placed in a vacuum. So, they can safely be placed in hold baggage.
Electrical equipment can also be placed in hold baggage but remember to leave your case unlocked, so that it can easily be checked if an item looks suspicious when it's X-rayed.
