There was a film I saw when I was a kid (about 15 years ago) that was about a girl who was hit by a car and became brain damaged as a result. I think it was based on a true story. The one scene I remember was after she had been hit by the car there was an aerial shot of her and there was blood coming out of her head. Bit grim Yes, but what was this film?
