Mine has not worked since day 1 !!! I have raised this with tech support, but nothing has been resolved yet. Initially they suggested I was incorrectly ticking the 'subscribe to this thread' check-box! Since then, they have suggested I create new email accounts and change my profile to use these, I have done this 3 times so far, utilising a googlemail account, hotmail account and an ADLS24 account. They have suggested my email provider are blocking 'theanswerbank' domain which I found hard to believe after trying 3 different email accounts !

I have given up on this, as I believe that the so-called tech support simply do not believe me. As someone who has worked in I.T. for 20 years I think I have mastered the art of ticking the "I want to subscribe to this thread" box!
