I have an important function next week.
What can I do to look healthy.
I don't smoke, my skin is good. I won't be drinking this week.
I will drink loads of water and eat as healthy as possible.
Any tips with diet, etc.

Well if you need to lose weight slimfast is quite good and can make you feel lighter.
They say eating 'green' stuff is really good for you as in your skin benfits. You can also buy lots of wholesome food now full for grains and pulses but always check the calories.
Get some new anti wrinkle face cream, get some veet for your legs, arm pits and other 'spots' get some nice new perfume, and makeup.
And exercise, exercise it will trim you up a little, but most of all it makes you feel lighter, uplifted, and healthier.
If you cannot get to the gym and you have not got any equipment at home try and create exercises. Like walking outside, running up and down stairs, lifting tin cans, sit ups, squats and push ups. Try and do some exercise everynight for 30-45 mins if possible.
Try to do 30 sit ups, 20 push ups, and then 50 squats, then do 30 sit ups, 20 push up etc, just repeat them over and over till you cannot do any more. I say 50-30-20 but do however many you can do in one go if you cannot do one more repetition just move on to the next exercise.
