Is the Reinvention tour going to be released on DVD in the UK. If so when will this be and do we know about anything special extras on it?

dvd is out in november hopefuly dont know if any extras

A possible release date of 22/11/04 is shown on various web-sites taken at the final Lisbon shows .The videofootage taken throughout the tour may be released as a documentary, director is jonas ackerlund
