what do guys see in girls first? if they look bad one day is it a turn off?

Believe it or not most of us are not that shallow. For me a warm smile and a friendly hello does it for me first time, after that it pure personality that counts.

If we're talking purely visual signals, I look at eyes first, followed by the shape of the face, the hair, the skin tone, then the legs, and hands, and finally the body as a whole. Verbally, the pitch of the voice, and accent if any, but as stated, the person is far more important. If a girl looks a little below par one day, it makes no difference what so ever - we all have off days, or in my case, an off life!

So how do you feel the first time you see her with no make up on?! It's one of the major stages in a relationship I think!

No problem at all. I accept that ladies will always make the best of what they have, and a little cosmetic enhancement is fine. If I know her well enough to see her without makeup, I'm past the stage where her physical appearence makes any difference either way - or at least that was the case 25 years ago - my wife and I have been an item since then.

i think my girlfriend looks just as beautiful without makeup on and if i had a choice i would say she should never wear it.. ( only cause she takes so long getting ready when she does )

donkey - quite so. although I appreciate her making an effort she looks better without her face caked in powder to me. I want to see a girl not a cosmetics factory. Yes in 'non drunken night out' mode its actually people who you see, not pieces of meat. I do wonder about some tho . . .

It is all about confidence - any woman who acts confidently is instantly more attractive to me - to be honest I often look at a woman in full makeup and womnder why she needs it. In my opinion, anyone who judges on looks alone is too shallow to be bothered with.

Firstly the caps is a big turn off it makes you look like your shouting your question and are a bit simple. First first thing I see is the looks because I aint gonna speak to her first without looking. But I usually notice how they're walking or how they present themselves. If a girl looks bad ofcourse its gonna be a bit of a turn off. But if most of the time she looks good then we wont mind. Most of us aint that fussy.

Eyes, smile and hair. I tend to prefer women without make up or at least so subtle you can't tell! Over plucked eyebrows turn me off, but having a rough looking day doesn't turn me off.
