I don't understand why people change all the time. I know there were some nasty people a while aback - can't remember any names - who would post evil/rude comments on people's questions until they got hated by everyone, then they'd come back as someone fresh. Are they gone now? Or just hiding?

b) I realised that I haven't actually always been Immi666. I used to be Immortal298, or was it Immortal666? Can't remember. But someone kept calling me Immi and I liked it, so I changed.

Ive been banned dozens of times in last 18 months for overposting, hence loads of name changes. I tend to delete extra names when i get the old one back altho keep one spare to use in such times. I get bored also so change names. Also I tend to give away too much info on here and other sites so i am wary of identity fraud. Under the Z name i have shown my pic and pretty much given away enuff info for people to find me in real life and then steal my identity.

I also had Z email addy "broken in to" so probably best to have complete new name, addy etc for fresh start.

Neo is a name i have used b4 briefly on here. And may be permanent one, unless compromised again.

I had to alter my user name slightly due to the unexplainable disappearance of unruliejulie a fortnight ago! (hence my greenness) lol
I was keen to keep my user name as near to the original as possible. I like people to know its me! :-)
Ive been Jules1968 (first registered name, hated it so got a new one after i got zapped for over posting, and became unruliejulie, never to be seen again, r.i.p)
Unruliejules (used once after the gremlins went to work on ab a couple of months ago but cant for the life of me remember which e mail addy and password i had lol.)
Unruliejewel (never got to use that one but its on standby just in case any more glitches occur)

no neo, i did nothing , that was the trouble! All my answers vanished and ed and the tech team were meant to sort it out but never did. It was a mystery as to why i got banned! Seriously! id be the first to admit if id deserved it and i hadn't even been on here when it happened!!!!

my little Z cant get in....it said "activate notification email"....well i did that originally...so why do i have to do it again..especially as i did not get another email.....so just told ed to cancel it...i think the new Sports section etc is overloading AB and its going haywire

neo, my situation was really strange, bit of a long story but when i tried to sign in with unruliejulie it wouldnt even accept my e mail addy! said it wasnt valid! even when ed mailed and said it was fixed, it still said invalid e mail address! as i said, a mystery :-)

u can get banned for overposting? i didn't know that. not that i've been posting much recently - before last night anyway - but all my IRL friends are students and they've all gone away so I'm all alone with nothing to do all summer. You'll never be rid of me now!!!!

Hi bigmamma I think we'll leave the banning and name changing to the younger generation,someone has to sit a good example after what's been going on here lately.
Unrulyjulie I would have been gutted as well if my answers were zapped, I wish someone would zap that Russian person !!
And little neo true to your name,a computer generated illusion designed to keep the masses content, but can we have less of slagging off the over 50 females please we are not quite coffin dodgers yet more in the summer of our lives.
