Broken hinge on patio door

How easy is it to obtain replacement hinges? They seem to be bolt on/off so its no problem to fix. As we bought the house 2 years ago and the patio doors were already there I dont have the model or style name of the doors. All I know is they were made by Safestyle as we have the FEMSA certificate.
