Spy Training

My husband got totally hooked on BBC 3's Spy series that ended on Sunday 12 September. I would like to get him a non-fiction Spy book on how MI5 works i.e. their techniques & training the recruits got in the series & not stories/accounts of the past. This is probably impossible as all of their work is secret ! Does anyone know of such a book? Thanks

Not sure if these will cover training and techniques, but they might still be worth his attention!
