Psone games on the Psp

Ok right was readin old magazines when in a old PSM mag (PSM #74) and it had this article about sony putting a whole back catallogue of Psone games to download for your Psp now i have heard of PSX games from places like pspblender.com but i would have to downgrade which i am planning to anyway but seeing as the mag came out over a year ago and it was saying " will be opend in a few months" i was wondering where i can find the website etc or if this is just some rumour in the mag then please tell me thanks
