Dance Tune: "Are You Gonna Leave Me Once Again"?

There is this ubiquitous dance tune which I am constantly hearing in clubs � I think it may even be a couple of years old. The chorus goes something like, �are you going to [gonna] leave me once again?� � and, for anyone who knows a bit about music, the melody of that line is the first pentachord, ascending, of a minor scale. I�m sure someone knows this � and I�m embarrassed I don�t!

Now i'm probably completely off target here. Is it by any chance layo & bushwacka - love story? Don't know why i think that as the words aren't what you say but unless you know the original vocals (nina simone btw) - it can be quite hard to work out what is being sung?
