Help! I have just read about a course offering to help me qualify as a Helpdesk Analyst. The Company claims that for the discount price of �300,2 full days or 4 evenings,and a exam I could become a I.T. Help Desk Professional. Is this possible? Are there any other course providers in the London area?

Loads of them. You've also probably seen posters tied to roadsigns promising �50,000 per annum for part time work. My advice is don't part with your money. First find a couple of adverts for helpdesk analysts and phone up and ask what qualifications are needed. Then mention this course and see what result you get!
