Can any help me finding the name of the tv series which had the dire straights hit brother in arms as the theme tune.
It was about a group of soilders i think in the early 1990's

Civvies.

Brothers in Arms was used for the closing titles.

gettinblurry is correct, it is the fantastic Civvies by Lynda La Plante.

Unfotunately the series was never realeased on DVD, but I managed to purchase a bootleg copy of it from Ebay last year.It's a little dated now, but still one of my favourite series.
