Hi. Several people have been arrested and charged with various offences after they attempted to force their way into a neighbours house and attack one of the occupants. All the arrested people live in the same house on the Estate, which they have purchased from the local Council.

My question is: Can complaints/eviction proceedings be initiated against 'homeowners' , in a similar fashion to to those used against 'tenants'? Thanks.

Complaints about behaviour can be dealt with through the police if the behaviour is criminal, and through the council for noise nuisance and so on.

They cannot be evicted for bad behaviour.
