I have a friend in the american army who is currently serving in Iraq. He is actually british born but married an american, hence the US army. I wanted to send him a parcel to cheer him up and thought I could put some british things in it but I'm really struggling to find out what you can send. I don't want to ask him as I want it to be a suprise. His wife sends him things likes socks and t-shirts and I wanted something a bit different. Any suggestions? TIA
To remind him of England send a small box with the following inside
7 PG Tips.(Tea bags)
1 packet of Walkers crisps.
1 Mars bar
1 CD
England's 100 Greatest Goals (DVD - 2007)
Thanks for your suggestion.
He's not really a football fan so I bought him some Blackadder DVDs (one of his favs) then realised that his DVD player is American so the DVDs won't play on it!
I'm definately sending PG Tips though!
