has anyone noticed how the prices have gone up at lydll, i have there orange juice and at first it started at 59p then 79p now its 1 a carton , they have well established themselves now so up go the prices.
It is called supply and demand. Still good value though.
Their fruit juices are generally just that, 100% fruit.
Have a look at Asda or Tesco versions for fruit content.
Also take a look at Five Alive and ask why they get away with calling it fruit juice!
the nicest orange juice they sell is the stuff in the glass bottles (with bits in) costs 69 or 79p -used to be 59p- but the same in sainsburys would cost 2.69 so still very good value for money , also HUGE jars of gherkins for 99p
Prices depend where you live to some extent. If you're in an affluent area the price reflects that, except for the 'leaders' which they advertise widely. It's common supermarket strategy I believe, they think we don't notice!
