It depends on what you are looking for but my friends and I go every year and use globespan for flights (or one friend used easy jet this year). We then book our accommodation thought a company called beninter. These are self catering apartments and quite basic but makes for a good budget price holiday. Depending on how many travelling you can also arrange airport transfers through shuttle direct or resort hoppa.
